Gündem Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, iOS ve Android için yayınlanan Gündem uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulama, Yavuz Yıldırım tarafından geliştirilmektedir.
Özet
- Uygulama hesap oluşturmanızı istemez; adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranızı toplamaz.
- Tercihleriniz yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır.
- Uygulama ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob üzerinden reklam gösterir. AdMob, reklam sunmak için bazı cihaz verilerini toplar.
Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler
Uygulama; hangi haber kaynaklarını gösterdiğiniz, bunların sırası, seçtiğiniz tema rengi ve görünüm (açık/koyu) gibi tercihleri cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında saklar. Bu bilgiler bize gönderilmez ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde cihazınızdan silinir.
Haber kaynakları
Haberler, uygulamada listelenen haber sitelerinin herkese açık RSS akışlarından doğrudan çekilir. Bu sırada cihazınız ilgili siteye bağlanır ve o site, her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi IP adresinizi görebilir. "Haberin tamamını oku" veya "Tarayıcıda aç" seçildiğinde haber, ilgili sitenin kendi sayfasında açılır; bu sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama, Google LLC'nin sunduğu Google AdMob hizmetiyle banner reklam gösterir. AdMob, reklamları sunmak, ölçmek, sıklığını sınırlamak ve sahtekârlığı önlemek amacıyla şu verileri toplayıp işleyebilir:
- Cihaz tanımlayıcıları (Android'de reklam kimliği),
- IP adresi ve buna dayalı yaklaşık konum,
- Cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi sürümü, dil vb.),
- Reklamlarla etkileşimler (gösterim, tıklama).
iOS'ta uygulama, uygulamalar arası takip izni (App Tracking Transparency) istemez ve reklam tanımlayıcısına (IDFA) erişmez. Android'de reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları cihazınızın Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar (veya Gizlilik › Reklamlar) bölümünden kapatabilirsiniz.

Verilerin paylaşılması
Geliştirici olarak sizinle ilgili kişisel veri toplamıyor, satmıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz. Yukarıda açıklanan reklam verileri doğrudan Google tarafından toplanır ve Google'ın politikalarına tabidir.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.

Gündem Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Gündem app for iOS and Android ("the App"), developed by Yavuz Yıldırım, handles data.
Summary
- The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address or phone number.
- Your preferences are stored only on your device.
- The App is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects certain device data to serve ads.
Data stored on your device
Preferences such as which news sources are shown, their order, your theme color and light/dark appearance are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us and are removed when you delete the App.
News sources
Stories are loaded directly from the public RSS feeds of the news sites listed in the App. Your device connects to those sites, which can see your IP address as with any internet connection. When you open a full story, it opens on the publisher's own website, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows banner ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, cap their frequency and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (the advertising ID on Android), your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and ad interactions.
On iOS the App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Sharing
We do not collect, sell or share personal data about you. The advertising data described above is collected directly by Google under Google's policies.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
